Job Type Temporary (Fixed Term) (Seasonal) Work Location: Market - AMRET - MN - Minneapolis 182 Overview Join 2020 Companies as a Seasonal Retail Engagement Specialist and play a key role in building retail partner relationships, increasing program visibility, and supporting business growth across your territory! Schedule: Monday - Friday Pay: $23 per hour plus 10% Monthly Bonus Opportunity Assignment Expectation: This position is expected to last 90 days from the date of hire. Requirements: This position requires a personal vehicle, a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening. As a Retail Engagement Specialist, you will spend your day on the road traveling throughout your assigned territory to visit retail locations and build strong relationships with merchants. You will educate merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits, provide ongoing support, answer questions, maintain in-store materials, and document each visit while managing a daily route of approximately 22–30 locations. This relationship-focused role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, connecting with people, and spending their workday out in the field.
