Temporary Leasing Consultant

About the role

Hilltop Residential is seeking a Temporary Leasing Consultant for a 90-day assignment at Aveline at Centreport. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy providing great customer service and want to learn more about property management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed their expectations and maintain resident retention.
• Complete all lease applications, assist with application verification, and notify prospective residents of results.
• Help create and promote a friendly and professional office environment by displaying exemplary customer service.
• Regularly inspect tour paths, amenities, models, and the community for quality assurance.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to overcome any obstacles.

Requirements

• Outgoing, gregarious personality with enthusiasm for marketing, leasing, and sales.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Passion for serving residents, prospects, vendors, and colleagues.
• Valid driver’s license and/or access to reliable transportation.
