Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for residential and commercial customers
• Install and maintain geothermal systems
• Handle generator services and repairs
• Manage customer relationships and resolve issues efficiently
• Conduct home energy assessments and provide recommendations
• Offer guidance on solar energy solutions and propane management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in HVAC, electrical, or related field preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Knowledge of residential and commercial heating and cooling systems
• Understanding of geothermal technology and its benefits
• Experience with generator maintenance and repair
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment

Pay

Salary range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually
