Temporary HCM Analyst

About the role
General Atlantic is hiring a Temporary HCM Analyst to join the Human Capital Management team in the New York office for a 6–8-week assignment. This role supports the production of Workday Peakon Employee Voice survey reports for leaders and managers, involving data extraction, organization, and presentation using Excel and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Extract and organize Peakon survey data (driver scores, question-level scores, participation rates) for assigned business areas.
- Cross-check all figures against Peakon and data files before inclusion in reports.
- Populate individual results decks using the firm’s standard PowerPoint template.
- Flag data issues (e.g., missing teams, blended scores, groups below anonymity thresholds).
- Perform light formatting and QA to ensure consistency, correct branding, and no placeholder text.
- Collaborate with the HCM team to keep reports moving through review.
Requirements
- Strong Excel skills (lookups, basic formulas, cross-referencing data across sheets).
- Strong PowerPoint skills (working within templates, consistent formatting).
- High attention to detail—accuracy is critical for leadership-facing data.
- Comfortable asking questions and flagging uncertainties rather than making assumptions.
- Able to adhere to defined structures/templates without creating new formats.
- Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive employee data.
Qualifications
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) is beneficial but not required.
Pay
Competitive hourly rate of $33–$38, with exact compensation based on role requirements and candidate qualifications.
