HCM Analyst

Responsibilities
- Manage the Workday Center of Excellence ticket queue in accordance with the outlined procedure; this includes assisting customers with questions, troubleshooting issues, and assigning to appropriate parties.
- Intake requests for Workday enhancements in alignment with the established governance process from HR staff across the state.
- Ask clarifying questions to understand the business need and desired outcome.
- Investigate system capabilities using Workday Community and internal documentation to identify potential solutions.
- Summarize findings clearly and present potential solutions to stakeholders.
- Support basic testing of updates once configuration is completed.
- Aid in updating guidance, job aids, and process documentation.
- Help identify opportunities to simplify HR processes and improve user experience.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, Public Administration, or related field.
- Possession of experience with Workday or similar HCM system.
- Experience working in an HR team.
- Experience utilizing ServiceNow or other work management system.
Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates who possess experience with Workday or similar HCM system.
Skills
Knowledge of HR systems, experience with Workday or similar HCM system, and experience with ServiceNow or other work management system are preferred.

Pay
Salary range of $55,000 - $60,000 based on education and experience.
Schedule
Full-time 40-hour work weeks.
