About the Role
Manage and monitor budgets, expenditures, invoicing, and financial reporting for the Basic Needs Center.
Responsibilities
- Support accurate fiscal reporting and reimbursement activities for a USDA reimbursable contract, as well as contract and grant funds.
- Partner with business offices across Student Life and Leadership and Wellness, Health, and Counseling to support financial operations during departmental reorganization.
- Perform financial analysis, forecasting, and problem-solving to support effective stewardship of funds and implementation of Basic Needs Center programs and services.
- Apply organizational policies and procedures to resolve financial issues, reviewing multiple factors and exercising judgment within established guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for financial analysis, reporting, or data management.
- Ability to analyze financial data, identify issues, and determine appropriate actions.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English.
Pay
$30.69/hour

Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Occasional part-time, weekend, and evening hours available depending on assignment.
