A confidential higher education and entrepreneurship-focused organization in Cambridge is seeking a Temporary Community Administrative Coordinator for a full-time, hybrid assignment expected to last 3+ months. This role follows a 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule, with approximately 80% onsite and 20% remote work. The position offers $28.25/hour and is ideal for someone with strong program or event support experience who enjoys working with students, alumni, mentors, and community stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport community-building initiatives and entrepreneurship programs for students.Coordinate mentor meetings, appointments, and engagement activities throughout the academic year.Assist with program administration, event logistics, and operational processes.Collaborate with staff to manage student-focused programs and campus-wide initiatives.Liaise with alumni, student organizations, external speakers, corporate partners, and other stakeholders.Help maintain systems, scheduling processes, and communication workflows.Support classes, programs, and occasional evening or weekend events as needed.Candidate QualificationsPrevious administrative, program coordination, event support, or community engagement experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with diverse groups.Comfortable interacting with students, professionals, and external partners.Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to work primarily onsite in Cambridge and occasionally support events outside standard business hours.
