Temporary Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
About the role
At Woven Care, a multidisciplinary pediatric outpatient practice, we’ve built the BCBA experience around a manageable caseload, genuine clinical support, and a team invested in growing together. We’re hiring a BCBA to cover a maternity leave running through February, working 30 or more hours per week. BCBAs at every stage of their career are welcome — from newly certified clinicians to seasoned professionals — and we tailor onboarding, mentorship, and compensation to your experience level. You’ll join a collaborative team of BCBAs, OTs, PTs, and SLPs who are excited to work alongside you, and this leave‑coverage assignment offers a real look at how we operate, with the possibility of discussing a permanent role for strong fits. Every member of our clinical leadership team started at Woven Care as a clinician, reflecting our commitment to internal growth and long‑term career development.
