Temporary Audit Analyst / Associate

About the Role

We are seeking three Audit Analyst/Associate professionals to support Wealth Management audit execution activities for a large global bank. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with 2+ years of audit experience who are looking to further develop their audit and risk management expertise in a complex financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute audit fieldwork across assigned engagements.
• Perform process walkthroughs and document key risks and controls.
• Assess control design and operating effectiveness.
• Conduct audit testing, including sample selection, evidence review, and documentation of results.
• Prepare clear, well-supported audit workpapers in accordance with internal audit standards.
• Identify control gaps, exceptions, trends, and potential areas of risk.
• Partner with audit team members to support the timely completion of audit engagements.
• Assist in communicating findings and observations to audit leadership.

Requirements

• 2+ years of audit experience (internal audit, external audit, risk, controls, or related areas).
• Foundational understanding of the audit lifecycle and audit execution methodology.
• Experience performing audit testing, walkthroughs, and workpaper documentation.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to identify and document control weaknesses and exceptions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Financial services or Wealth Management experience is a plus.

Location

Dallas, TX or New York, NY. Hybrid work arrangement may apply based on team requirements.
