This position is a temporary assignment scheduled to conclude at the end of July.
What You'll Do
- Collect and post rent, process invoices, and prepare financial reports
- Use Yardi software for property accounting
- Complete bank deposits and account reconciliations
- Respond to resident inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Mentor leasing team and support Community Manager
- Ensure compliance with fair housing laws

What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver’s license
- One year of residential leasing, sales, and/or property management experience
- Experience in leadership and supervising a staff
- Experience using Yardi or other related property management accounting software
- Strong math and accounting skills
- A strong understanding of financial statements
- A strong understanding of federal, state, and local fair housing laws and provisions
Pay Range
The estimated rate of pay is $26.04 - $29.12. This position is non-exempt; the range above reflects hourly rates.
