Temporary Asset Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Aid asset managers with general loan servicing matters including payoff review, valuation ordering, post-closing items, and borrower requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service through verbal and written communication.
• Assist with reviewing, documenting, and processing invoicing.
• Prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate, finance or a related field.
• Excellent Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• SalesForce experience a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Significant attention to detail.

Qualifications

A reasonable estimate of the total compensation range for this role is $28.85 - $31.25 Hourly. The actual offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certification, and other factors.
