Temporary Assembler

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Pulls and packs or repacks product based on daily orders
• Completes customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Keeps materials and products separated and organized
• Maintains product quality and reports quality issues
• Operates various assembly equipment (i.e. solder or potting equipment)
• Implements continuous improvement initiatives and identifies process improvements
• Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area
• Works within established assembly cycle times
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Good hand-eye coordination and hand dexterity
• Proven proficiency and skill in operating basic hand tools and equipment
• Ability to multi-task and handle competing responsibilities
• Understands sense of urgency and meets deadlines while adhering to quality standards
• Must be 18 years of age or older
