About the Role

Insomniac is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Forklift Operator to support the Henderson warehouse. This position reports to the Director, Warehouse. This is a temporary, full-time, on-site role that may require travel to work events.

Responsibilities

• Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places
• Load materials into outgoing vehicles
• Pick pull sheets and prepare items for shipment
• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
• Support inter-departmental requests
• Recruit, train, and onboard team members both directly and with partnering teams
• Handle other special projects and tasks as assigned
• Occasional travel may be required (economy)

Requirements

• Must have Forklift Certification
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds safely
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks concurrently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with various stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in data entry and data management tools
• Familiarity with data confidentiality and security practices
• Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and database management

Work Environment

• Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels and busy environments
• May work in drastic temperature climates
• Must be willing to frequently work and travel to work events during holidays, evenings, and weekends as required

Pay

Hourly pay rate range: $18.00 USD - $20.00 USD
