Forklift Operator/Order Check
for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we will have sections: About RTC (maybe heading "About RTC"), Why consider a career at RTC? (maybe heading "Why consider a career at RTC?"), Benefits, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Compensation (or Pay). The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we can adapt headings to content. They said use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should use those exact headings when appropriate. However they also say "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". So we can use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. They gave examples but we can use others if needed? Probably better to stick to those headings where applicable. For "About RTC" we could use "About the role"? But that's not exactly about role; it's about company. Could use "About the role" for role description? There's no explicit role description besides responsibilities. The "About RTC" is company overview. Could we put that under "About the role"? Might be okay but maybe better to use a custom heading? The instruction says use those headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. Likely they expect us to use those headings when applicable. For company overview we could still use "About the role" as heading, but it's not exactly role. However we could treat it as "About the role" describing the role at RTC. Might be acceptable.
Alternatively we could omit About RTC section and just start with Benefits etc. But we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop the About RTC paragraph. So we need a heading for it. Could use "About the role" as heading and put the paragraph there. That seems plausible.
Then "Why should you consider a career at RTC?" could be considered part of Benefits? Actually it's a heading preceding benefits list. Could treat that as part of Benefits section heading? But we already have Benefits heading. Could combine: Under Benefits heading we could include that sentence as intro paragraph then list. That would preserve info. So we could have Benefits heading with a
intro: "Why should you consider a career at RTC?" then the list.
Thus sections: About the role (company overview), Benefits (including intro and list), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Pay (compensation). No Schedule.
Now we need to format lists.
Benefits list items: from the text:
- 401(K) Plan of 6% with 3% company match (we also offer a Roth option!)
- Health Insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Dental & Vision Insurance
- Life Insurance (max of $50K - you can purchase more)

- 13 PTO Days (Full Year)
- Union Position
- Annual Union Salary Increase

- Lactation rooms are available for new mothers at all 3 plant locations.
- Annual flu clinic at Romeoville and Rolling Meadows for our associates and any dependents covered on our health plan. Flu shots are covered by insurance if the associate elects to go elsewhere.
We need to keep each as
- . Some are sentences; okay.
Responsibilities list: each sentence starting with verb. We'll list each as
- .
Qualifications list: each bullet.
Pay section: we need to include compensation details: "This is a Union Position and Pays $21.60/HR plus a $2.00/HR premium Eligible for Overtime pay after working 8 hours a day Monday-Friday and time and a half for all hours worked on Saturdays". Also maybe mention it's union position already in benefits but okay.
We should not include EEO boilerplate.

Check we didn't include any boilerplate. The EEO statement removed. Also removed "RTC is an equal-opportunity employer..." etc. Also removed the link to eeoc.gov. Also removed "Successful completion of a drug screening is required as a condition of employment for this position. This requirement applies to all selected candidates, including internal applicants." That's actually part of qualifications? It's a requirement about drug test. It's substantive; we should keep it. It appears after Qualifications but before EEO. Actually the text: "Successful completion of a drug screening is required as a condition of employment for this position. This requirement applies to all selected candidates, including internal applicants." That's a requirement; we should include it. It's not in Qualifications list currently. We should add as a qualification item. Also "Must be 18 years or older." already there. Also "This is a safety-sensitive role and requires a negative pre-employment drug and alcohol test." we have. The drug screening statement is similar but we can keep both; maybe combine. But we should not duplicate. The safety-sensitive role line already mentions negative pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
