Temp Wafer Fab Operator

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Safety: Wear all required PPE, respect safety systems, maintain training certifications, prevent injuries, report all injuries or pain immediately, maintain awareness of surroundings, report safety concerns.
• Quality: Follow work instructions, SOPs, maintain data integrity, handle products carefully, stop and ask questions, log tools, report near misses.
• Productivity: Maintain break schedules, follow dispatch list, adhere to production priorities, avoid leaving tools unattended.
• Reliability: Adhere to reliability expectations regarding attendance and punctuality.
• Teamwork: Communicate professionally, handle differences respectfully, offer and accept constructive feedback.

Education & Experience

Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: Less than 1 year

Skills

• Able to read and interpret specifications, maintain records, use basic arithmetic, use material measurement equipment.
• Strong teaming skills, able to communicate professionally with all departments.
• Able to read, understand, and speak English.
• Able to use PC software including Webmail.

Working Conditions

• Work in a class 100/1000 clean room for extended periods.
• Wear full cleanroom attire (smock, mask, etc.).
• Work with and/or around chemicals (such as solids and acids).
• Work 12 hour compressed shifts (alternate between 3 and 4 shifts per week).

Physical Requirements

• Stand for up to 6 hours at a time.
• Lift up to 6-10 Pounds.
• Push/Pull up to 16-30 pounds.
• Sit for up to 3 hours at a time.
