Temp-to-Perm Campus Recruiter
Our client, a leading investment banking firm, is seeking a Temp-to-Perm Campus Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in New York City. This hybrid role will primarily support MBA and campus recruiting initiatives.

You will partner closely with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process, playing a key role in coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and supporting recruiting activities. The position offers the potential for longer-term opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of recruiting coordination or campus recruiting experience
- Experience within financial services or professional services environments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Exposure to sourcing or full-cycle recruiting activities (preferred)
- Proficiency with Greenhouse or a comparable applicant tracking system (preferred)
Pay
The hourly rate for this role is $40–$60/hr.
