Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor production line machinery, conducting routine inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols to create a secure workplace and work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets and maintain quality standards
- Accurately document production metrics and promptly communicate any issues to management for swift resolution
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
- At least one year’s experience in machine operation
- Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; including distinguishing color
- Proficient in math for calculating percentages, areas and volumes
- Ability to set up computer-aided machinery, with a solid understanding of Windows based computers
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Dependable with a track record of good attendance and punctuality
- Elementary English proficiency communication skills necessary
Physical Requirements
The working environment is a production facility with a focus on safety and teamwork. The role requires standing for long periods, stooping, walking, bending, pulling climbing and lifting materials up to 50lbs as well as exposure to various machinery and materials.

Pay
Hourly rate - $20.00, Shift Diff + $4.00 = $24.00. Previous experience in manufacturing environment could earn up to $2.00 more an hour.
Schedule
Current Overtime Schedule: Friday-Sunday 4:00pm-4:00am. Overtime work is required.
This is a 90-day work assignment, which includes a 30-day attendance required period for training purposes. After 75 working days, you may be eligible for full-time employment if you maintain good standing with the company, including attendance, performance and teamwork.
