Revolution Medicines is a late-stage clinical oncology company developing novel targeted therapies for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins.

About the role

As a Contract TA Business Partner, you will be part of a fast-paced and progressive HR team for an innovative biotechnology company. This role will be integral to the organization's ability to attract top talent. You will provide full-cycle recruiting services to hiring managers, including conducting strategic job launches, sourcing, screening, and developing and extending offers. You will partner with client groups to source and attract candidates, guide them through the recruitment process, and provide strategic recruiting support, market insights, and hiring recommendations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Using LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and source passive candidates for a variety of skill sets.
• Collaborating with hiring leaders, HRBPs, and Total Rewards to develop job descriptions and showcase positions and organizational benefits.
• Providing offer management support, including offer development, extending offers, and negotiating and closing candidates for contract and full-time opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of in-house/corporate recruiting experience, including 5+ years of recruiting experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Greenhouse ATS is highly preferred.

This is a contract position employed through a third-party recruiting agency. The agency will determine the pay range based on job-related skills, experience, market conditions, and relevant education or training.
