About the role
Ibex is seeking a focused and results-oriented Temp Recruiter to source, screen, interview, and test qualified candidates, meeting headcount requirements for a variety of contact center programs. The Recruiter works closely with members of the Ibex Recruiting team across the U.S. and globally, developing and implementing recruitment strategies for contact centers using methods such as advertising, community networking, and diverse sourcing. The role also involves partnering with local employment entities to facilitate large-scale recruitments.
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract talented candidates:
- Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and targeted online advertising to attract candidates for emergency call center positions.
- Partner with local universities, colleges, and technical schools to recruit students and recent graduates.
- Attend job fairs, networking events, and community outreach programs to raise awareness about job opportunities at Ibex.
- Engage and nurture candidates:
- Highlight the importance of the work at Ibex and opportunities for growth and development.
- Develop a recruitment email campaign to keep candidates engaged and informed about the hiring process.
- Host informational webinars and virtual open house events to provide an overview of position requirements and benefits.
- Build a talent pipeline:
- Develop a talent pool of potential candidates who may not be immediately available.
- Maintain regular communication with the talent pool through email updates, newsletters, and social media.
- Conduct periodic check-ins to assess availability and interest in joining the Ibex team.
- Retention strategies:
- Implement a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires to prepare them for training and emergency call handling.
- Recognize and reward outstanding performance to foster a positive work environment and encourage return for future events.
- Monitor and evaluate recruitment efforts:
- Hit key performance metrics such as time-to-fill, retention rates, and candidate satisfaction scores.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions with employees to gather insights on recruitment experiences.
- Adjust recruitment strategies based on feedback and data analysis to ensure ongoing success.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Minimum Associate Degree or college coursework in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience with high-volume recruitment preferred.
- Experience in a call center environment is required.
- Experience with iCIMS or similar applicant tracking system is a plus.
- Technical aptitude including proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, social media platforms, and teleconferencing applications.
