Job Responsibilities
- Administer exams for SCC students in a quiet environment
- Securely store and return test materials to instructors
- Proctor exams from non-SCC institutions according to established policies
- Maintain files, manage logs and records, and comply with data requirements
- Answer emails and communicate with students, faculty, and staff members daily
Minimum And Additional Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking efficiently during peak testing hours
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of computers, particularly Microsoft Office software
- Experience in the field of education is a plus
