Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist new students and families during NSO events.
- Lead small-group discussions and campus tours.
- Share personal experiences and provide guidance on navigating college life.
- Promote campus resources, including academic advising, tutoring, student services, and involvement opportunities.
- Auxiliary with orientation logistics such as check-in and event support.
- Serve as a positive role model for student engagement, academic success, and campus pride.
- Participate in required training sessions prior to orientation programs.
- Help foster an inclusive, welcoming environment for all students.
Minimum And Additional Requirements
- SCC Student in good standing with a minimum 2.2 GPA.
- Preferred Qualifications: A good attitude and willingness to lead.
