Temp Position - LPN Full-Time 3-11 Monday through Friday

Temporary full-time LPN position transitioning to PRN after mid-October 2026.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 3pm–11pm (no weekends).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care aligned with residents’ care plans
• Monitor, assess, and report changes in condition
• Administer and document medications accurately (including narcotics)
• Respond confidently to emergencies and urgent situations
• Ensure safety and infection control standards are always met
• Maintain complete, compliant documentation
• Communicate clearly with residents, families, and team members
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and ongoing education
• Contribute to a positive, resident-focused team culture

Requirements

• Current New Jersey LPN license
• CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certification
• At least 1 year of nursing experience (long-term care or assisted living preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with electronic charting and computer skills
• Able to meet physical job demands and work a flexible schedule

Pay

$34.00 – $36.00 per hour.
