About the role
Valley View is seeking a Remote Outpatient RN Case Manager to assist outpatients and their families in the overall management of their plan of care across the continuum, including prior authorizations.
Schedule
40 hours per week.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum of 2 years' RN Case Management experience.
- For this remote position, preference is given to applicants who will be working from a residence in Colorado.
