RN Case Manager (Remote)
for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We must not repeat job title as heading. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We need to extract content.
The posting includes:
- Intro paragraph about company mission etc. That could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for job summary. We have a "Job Summary" paragraph. So we can put that under About the role
with
containing the job summary text. - Responsibilities: there is a "Key Responsibilities" section with subheadings: Pod Nursing, Documentation, and Clinical Oversight; Care Coordination and Clinical Oversight; Clinical Leadership and Quality Improvement; Population Management. We need to output a list of duties/requirements using
- . We should combine all responsibilities into a list. Should we preserve subheadings? The instruction: Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. So for Responsibilities we should have
Responsibilities
then a- with
- items each duty. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to list each responsibility bullet as separate
- . The original has paragraphs with multiple sentences; we can break them into logical items. Probably each sentence or clause. But we need to preserve all info; we can keep each paragraph as a
- containing the sentences. That preserves info.
- Requirements: The posting has "Qualifications" section with Required and Preferred. Also "Physical and Work Requirements". According to headings list, we have Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide where to put each piece.
We have Required qualifications (Active CA RN license, 2 years experience, etc.) and Preferred qualifications (Bachelor's, bilingual, CCM, etc.). Also Physical and Work Requirements (prolonged sitting, lift up to 10 pounds, occasional evening/weekend work). Also there is a mention of "Ability to consistently work required hours of 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. PST". That could be schedule.
We have Pay range: $90,000 - $110,000 USD.
Benefits: list of benefits.
We need sections: About the role (job summary), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. So we need to see if we have content for each.
- About the role: yes (Job Summary).
- Responsibilities: yes.
- Requirements: Could be the "Required" qualifications? Or maybe "Requirements" is for mandatory qualifications. We'll put Required qualifications under Requirements heading.
- Qualifications: Could be Preferred qualifications? Or we could split: Required under Requirements, Preferred under Qualifications. That seems logical.
- Skills: Could be skills like "Excellent analytical, clinical judgment, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office...". Those are skills. We could put them under Skills.
- Benefits: yes.
- Pay: yes (Pay range).
- Schedule: we have "Ability to consistently work required hours of 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. PST, regardless of the RN's home time zone." Also "Occasional evening or weekend work within a 40-hour week." That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section.
We must not include headings with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must remove boilerplate: EEO, drug-free workplace, etc. So we omit those paragraphs.
We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers.
We must preserve all substantive information.
Now craft HTML.
Structure:

Now we need to ensure we didn't include boilerplate: EEO, drug-free workplace, etc. Remove. Now produce HTML fragment. Check that we didn't miss any substantive info: The "Job Summary" paragraph includes multiple sentences. We'll put that as. Also there is a sentence: "This position provides a unique opportunity to combine clinical expertise with remote, pod-based nursing leadership—empowering members to achieve their health goals through trusted clinical oversight, sound documentation, and coordinated, person-centered care." That's after Responsibilities? Actually appears after the Population Management bullet? It's near end before Pay. That's substantive; we could include it maybe in About the role or Responsibilities? It's a concluding statement. We could add to About the role as extra paragraph, or maybe as a separate
under About the role. Let's include it in About the role after the Job Summary paragraph
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
