Responsibilities
- Cook up with carriers to make sure the delivery is detailed correctly and the trailers get to the designated location within our rules and expected delivery dates
- Check PODs and keep tabs on the delivery with carriers until the trailers are acknowledged by the customer and a document of delivery from both parties is signed
- Handle any damages and send them to a repair shop, ask for an estimate, follow up on the repair process until it's completed, and deliver to the final destination
- In addition to outbound operations, assist the manager and team with implementing, managing, and communicating with yard management systems and BD operations
- Plan upcoming units in Production and Quality Control to make sure the destination and transit type match the customer's preferences and expectations for the delivery of their trailers
- Keep customers updated with full transparency on their units throughout the delivery process, including daily updates on production, quality control inspections, unit availability, carrier availability, expected delivery dates, delivery reports, and any other requests they might have, to ensure their expectations are met
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience with MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint

Qualifications
- High School Diploma/G.E.D
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree
- Required 1-2 Years of Direct Experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain Management
