Temp 5DX Test Operator

About the role
Routine go/no-go tests of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies. Sets up test devices using hand tools or automatic test methods. Documents test results. May perform simple repairs and/or component removal or replacement. May maintain logs and records indicating malfunctions.
Responsibilities
- Perform sub-assembly and system-level functional tests using MPI, WI, Test Procedures, e-Traveler, and other supplied documentation as required.
- Differentiate between real and false rejects; address and correct false rejects when related to setup or operation.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience with 5DX required; experience with ICT preferred.
- Preferred: at least 4 years of experience with Telecommunications, Networking, Switchers appliances as Test Operator.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand verbal instructions in English.
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must have the ability to test assemblies to verbal or written instructions or by following Test Process Instruction.
- Must have a basic understanding of Electronic Networking Appliances.
- Must be available for overtime and weekend work as required in addition to a minimum 40 hr./wk.
Pay
Salary Range (annual): $39,076 - $52,000
