Tellers/Customer Service Associates

About the role

Monson Savings Bank is seeking two Part-Time Customer Service Associates/Tellers for our Ware Branch. Join our growing and dynamic team! We are a successful community bank dedicated to our customers, associates and communities.

Responsibilities

• Check cashing
• Processing customer deposits, withdrawals, and payments
• Sale of money orders and bank checks
• Related administrative duties
• Understand and maintain the bank’s standards for service, customer satisfaction, and relationship building

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required. Prior cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and math aptitude required
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate a computer and to learn, retain, and follow complex regulatory and security requirements
• Reliable and dependable

Schedule

Variable schedule, Monday‑Saturday, averaging 25‑27 hours weekly. Must be available to work Saturdays until approximately 12:30 PM.
