The Teller provides service excellence as well as builds relationships with customers through sales and cross-sales. Takes complete ownership of all of customers’ needs and contributes to the achievement of corporate and individual goals by recognizing cross-sell opportunities to actively promote the Bank’s products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while promptly and efficiently processing customer transactions.
• Promote positive public relations by providing professional and pleasant greetings in accordance with retail procedures and performance standards.
• Balance daily work in accordance with established standards.
• Assure that appropriate documents are received, complete, and properly filed in compliance with bank policies and procedures by securing adherence to all audit requirements.
• Accurately process a variety of customer banking transactions which include: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashing checks, and answering questions.
• Reconcile cash drawer.
• Comply with bank operations and security procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school education.
• Prior experience as a teller is strongly desired; however, we are willing to train the right candidate with a great attitude.

Pay

Salary Range: $16.33 hourly - $19.59 hourly. New hires for this position are eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days of satisfactory employment.

Schedule

40 hours per week. Schedule includes every other Saturday.
