What You’ll Do
- Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner.
- Balance assigned cash drawer and research differences where applicable.
- Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner at all times; even in difficult situations.
- Recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer.
- Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services.
