Responsibilities
- Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently while providing outstanding member service.
- Engage members in meaningful conversations to better understand their needs and connect them with appropriate products, services, or specialists.
- Support branch goals by contributing to a welcoming, collaborative, and service-focused environment.
Requirements
- Experience working directly with customers in a service-focused environment.
- Experience handling transactions, cash, records, or other activities requiring a high degree of accuracy.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment, adapt to changing priorities, and build positive relationships with members.
Skills
- Ability to provide professional, friendly, and responsive member service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to accurately process financial transactions and identify discrepancies.
- Proficiency using computer systems and digital tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to follow established procedures, security protocols, and compliance requirements.
What Sets You Apart
- One or more years of experience in retail, banking, or financial services.
- Previous sales or referral experience.
- Experience working in a cash-handling environment.
- Familiarity with member relationship management or appointment-setting tools.
