Teller Retail Banker

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services beneficial to customers.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance.
• Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines.
• Employ problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and/or concerns in a manner consistent with Woodforest Experience training.

Requirements

• 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience; OR an Associate’s degree and 1 year of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous in-store banking experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be positive and engaging.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Schedule

• Full-time.
• Little to no overnight travel expected; occasional coverage of nearby branch locations up to 45 miles from your assigned branch may be required.

Working Conditions

• Standing most of the time, with occasional walking, moving, bending, stooping, or sitting for brief periods.
• Occasionally lifting and carrying items up to 30 lbs.
