About the Role

The ideal candidate is a team player, positive, dependable, and respectful, even when dealing with challenging customers. This role involves customer service, maintaining store appearance, and potential cross-training in other areas.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and provide customer service
• Maintain store appearance by rotating stock, tidying, and ensuring the store looks its best
• Cross-training opportunities in:
  • Receiving, pricing, and stocking donations (may include lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds occasionally, and frequently lifting 10 to 35 pounds)
  • Hanging, inspecting, and tagging textiles and clothing in a production-style setting

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Production or similar experience preferred
• Availability to work most store hours, especially evenings and weekends

$15.00 per hour

Schedule

Stores are open Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Sunday, 11:00 AM to [closing time not specified]. Associates should be available during these hours, with a focus on evenings and weekends.
