About the role

OMB Bank tellers must be friendly, personable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. They process routine transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check issuance, and perform various backup new account and/or clerical duties as needed.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of two years of cash handling and customer service experience
• A minimum of one to two years of retail banking experience, including teller transactions and new accounts

Skills

• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
• Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and computer skills
• Effective multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Willingness to proactively cross-sell bank products & services

Pay

Part-time - 25 hours per week average

Schedule

Monday – Friday; 7:00 am – 6:00 pm, and rotating Saturdays 8:45 am – 12:00 pm
