Pay
$16.06–$19.27 per hour with an uncapped incentive opportunity based on individual performance. Advia offers a bilingual premium for this role, acknowledging and compensating bilingual employees who regularly use their language skills to assist members. Proficiency testing is required, with a specific need for Spanish language proficiency.

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service and build impactful, lasting relationships with members and colleagues
- Answer members' questions and service their accounts
- Actively listen and uncover member needs to recommend products and services tailored to their financial goals
- Serve as the face of Advia, maintaining the highest level of service with accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency
- Match Advia products and services as solutions to best fit individual member needs
Requirements
- Genuine care for people, with a commitment to acting with integrity and keeping people at the core
- Willingness to learn and appreciation for coaching to foster professional growth
- Desire to be empowered to find ways to say "Yes!" to members
- Strong communication skills
- Cash handling and customer service experience is strongly preferred (training available)
