Teller - Part Time

Job Duties

• Perform financial transactions such as cash withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments with accuracy and a welcoming smile.
• Proactively share and cross-sell credit union products and services to help members reach their goals.
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals, ensuring the branch's financial integrity.
• Resolve member requests and questions promptly, whether in person, over the phone, or through other channels.
• Maintain and project the high-quality reputation Genisys is known for as we grow in the Kentwood area.

Qualifications

• A High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience is a plus!

Skills and Abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance, dress, and attitude.
• Solid math skills and comfort with technology.
• Good typing and data entry skills.
