Responsibilities

• Process routine financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing with efficiency and accuracy.
• Solve problems and provide information about the services we offer.
• Follow all credit union policies and procedures.
• Use observational skills to watch for potential security risks.
• Use product knowledge to cross-sell financial products and services.
• Treat customers as people, not numbers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service and cash-handling experience
• Proficiency with computers and other office equipment
• Strong math skills
• Can effectively manage time
• Can listen carefully to others
• Is highly organized and detail-oriented
• Conducts themselves with integrity and professionalism

Work schedule

This part-time position will work an average of 27 - 29 hours a week during our hours of Monday – Thursday from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Friday from 8:30- 6:00 pm, and Saturdays from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm.
