About the role

The Teller Manager is responsible for day-to-day management of the Teller unit in a Branch Office, ensuring our branches meet the financial services needs of customers. This position directly supervises all Tellers to provide efficient and accurate paying and receiving services, maintains and controls vault cash for the Teller unit, and works closely with the Community Office Manager to establish and deliver specific service standards for exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all paying and receiving, balancing, and operational activities are done efficiently and according to policy.
  • Assist in the selection, orientation, and training of new personnel.
  • Work with Tellers to ensure they meet quarterly requirements of the Retail Referral program.
  • Complete all assigned performance reviews on time.
  • Perform all Teller duties as needed.

Requirements

  • College degree or college coursework with an emphasis in business or accounting, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 12 months of banking experience.
  • Strong knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures.
  • High proficiency with a PC and associated programs (such as Microsoft Office).
  • Exceptional customer service and sales experience.

Pay

Compensation range: $24/hour. The actual salary offered within the range depends on factors including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, level offered, and performance expectations.
