Teller - Main Office

About the role

We're hiring a full-time Teller for our main office. This job isn't just a stepping stone, it's the first step on a real career path.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and handle their day-to-day transactions with speed and accuracy
• Listen closely to what members need and recommend the right products and solutions
• Help resolve concerns with patience, empathy, and a calm, can-do attitude
• Balance your transactions and keep accurate records
• Collaborate with teammates across departments to make sure members get great service every time

Requirements

• Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or similar backgrounds welcome)
• Comfort with basic computers and technology
• A natural communicator who enjoys working with people
• Cash handling experience is a plus, but not required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

• Can stay composed under pressure
• Think on your feet
• Juggle priorities without missing a beat

Schedule

Monday through Friday, generally between 8:15 AM and 5:45 PM depending on branch hours. You'll also work about two Saturdays a month until 1:30 PM.
