First Hawaiian Bank is seeking a Teller to join their Lahaina Branch.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services
• Serve a diverse group of customers, from new account holders to experienced investors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year or more of customer service experience and cash handling
• Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to use judgment and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information
• Sales advisory skills to educate customers on products and services

Compensation

The salary range for the role is $20.00 - $23.50/hour (commensurate with experience) + an additional premium of $3.00/per hour; plus sales incentives.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM; Rotational Saturday 8:30AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary)
