About the role

A key contributor to the overall unified customer experience of U.S. Bank. Responsible for demonstrating excellent customer service in accordance with U.S. Bank’s Core Values. Accountable for sales and service activities in all Consumer Banking and Branch Delivery branch locations (Metro, Community, and In-Store On-Site). Responsible for handling routine financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, advances, payment, etc.), while ensuring a positive interaction with customers/non-customers. Identify customer needs and recommends U.S. Bancorp products as appropriate.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• More than one year of job related experience including cash handling and customer service

• Willingness to gain knowledge of U.S. Bancorp products
• Basic math and computer skills required
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
