Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service as the face of First Hawaiian Bank in our branches.
• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of bank products and services.
• Serve a diverse group of customers, from individuals opening their first checking account to seasoned investors managing wealth.
• Use judgment and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information.
• Educate customers on products and services through sales advisory skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Personal alignment with our core values: Caring, Character, and Collaboration.
• One year or more of customer service experience and cash handling.
• Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to positively engage with customers.
• Attention to detail.

Pay

$18.00 - $21.50 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; rotational Saturday, 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM (hours may vary).
