Teller (Koloa Branch)

First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Teller to join their team at the Koloa Branch on Kauai.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services
• Serve a diverse group of customers, from new account holders to experienced investors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• One year or more of customer service experience and cash handling
• Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to positively engage with customers
• Attention to detail and the ability to use judgment and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information
• Strong sales advisory skills to educate customers on products and services

Pay

The pay range for the role is $20.00 - $23.50/hr, commensurate with experience; plus sales incentives.

Schedule

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM (hours may vary); Saturdays 8:30AM - 1:30PM on a rotational basis.
