Teller I - Part Time

About the role

As a Teller I, you will engage in a wide range of financial transactions and services for our valued customers. You’ll answer questions, address banking needs, and identify opportunities to introduce new or enhanced products and services while providing exceptional assistance.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate banking services
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer
• Adhere to all banking regulations and security procedures
• Safeguard both bank and customer assets by following established procedures
• Foster strong customer relationships through outstanding service

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a cash handling/customer service role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
• Must be able to pass a criminal background and credit check

This is a part-time, non-remote position classified as non-exempt under the FLSA.

Pay

USD $18.00 - USD $19.00 per hour
