Teller I - Part Time

As a Teller I (Part Time), you will engage in a wide range of financial transactions and services for our valued customers. You will answer questions, address banking needs, and identify opportunities to introduce new or enhanced products and services. The role is committed to providing exceptional assistance, ensuring accurate and timely transaction processing, safeguarding both bank and customer assets, and fostering strong customer relationships through outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate banking services
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer
• Adhere to all banking regulations and security procedures

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a cash handling/customer service role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
• Must be able to pass a criminal background and credit check

This is a part-time, non-remote, non-exempt position.

Pay

USD $18.00 - USD $18.78 per hour
