Responsibilities
- Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide outstanding member service
- Engage members in meaningful conversations to understand their needs
- Connect members with appropriate products, services, or specialists
- Support branch goals by fostering a welcoming, collaborative, and service-focused environment
Requirements
- Experience working directly with customers in a service-focused environment
- Experience handling transactions, cash, records, or other activities requiring a high degree of accuracy
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- One or more years of experience in retail, banking, or financial services
- Previous sales or referral experience
- Experience working in a cash-handling environment
- Familiarity with member relationship management or appointment-setting tools
Skills
- Ability to provide professional, friendly, and responsive member service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to accurately process financial transactions and identify discrepancies
- Proficiency using computer systems and digital tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to follow established procedures, security protocols, and compliance requirements
