About the role
The Teller is accountable for exceptional service when processing customer transactions at branch locations. Tellers work with FNBO customers with a friendly, positive attitude; and must take pride in their work and be committed to a common set of values outlined in the FNBO Operating Philosophy.
Responsibilities
- Become a member of a team focused on providing exceptional service to customers.
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Make decisions that align with the best interests of our customers.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and team success.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- A desire to meet the financial needs of our customers and community.
- Desired ability to lift and carry 25 pounds.
- Previous cash handling experience preferred.
- Previous Teller experience preferred.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish (desirable).

Compensation and Benefits Overview
Starting pay for Teller positions is $19/hour. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
