About the role

As our Teller - Financial Services Representative, you will become a trusted resource for members, serving as their primary point of contact for everyday financial needs. You will provide exceptional service, process a variety of transactions, answer account-related questions, and recommend products and services tailored to each individual's financial goals. Along the way, you will build strong relationships, create positive member experiences, and contribute to the overall success of the credit union through your commitment to service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for members’ everyday financial needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and process a variety of financial transactions.
• Answer account-related questions and assist members with their inquiries.
• Recommend products and services that align with members’ financial goals.
• Build strong relationships with members and create positive experiences.
• Contribute to the credit union’s success through teamwork and a commitment to service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of customer service experience.
• Strong math, clerical, and organizational skills.
• Great problem-solving abilities to identify issues and suggest solutions.
• Minimum of 6 months of cash handling or teller experience in a credit union is preferred.

Pay

$21.50 to $27.00 per hour.
