Teller/Customer Service - Orange City Walmart Branch (2nd Shift)

About the role

As a Member Service Specialist (Teller/Customer Service) in our Orange City Walmart Branch, you will assist members with various transactions, provide tailored product recommendations, and manage the teller line efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate effective sales and service skills by meeting established goals.
• Consult with members regarding SCCU products and services and recommend additional offerings to meet member needs.
• Serve as floor manager to assess walk-in member's needs, direct them to the appropriate information source, and minimize waiting time.
• Perform all aspects of transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and the sale of monetary instruments.
• Manage and maintain existing deposit and loan accounts, assist members with transactions, and exceed their expectations.
• Maintain proficiency with the computer terminal and online system, and utilize all required commands, including general ledger fee and transaction codes.

Requirements

• 6+ months of customer service and/or cash handling experience preferred.
• A High School Diploma or equivalency.

Compensation

Starting Salary: $17.91 - $18.97/hour
Bonus Opportunity: Eligible for ONE SCCU Annual Bonus.

Schedule

Full Time (2nd Shift)
Branch hours of operation: Monday - Friday 9:45am- 7:15pm.
Saturdays 9:45am – 3:15pm.
