Teller/Banker Floater - Central Region

Join EECU as a Universal Banker Floater (Financial Center Consultant II, Field - Central Region). This role is designed for a versatile, customer-focused team member who thrives on variety, excels in service, and is passionate about helping members succeed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of banking services including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account maintenance.
• Offer financial advice and guidance to members, focusing on products and services that meet their needs.
• Manage cash transactions and ensure compliance with all bank policies and procedures.
• Handle member inquiries and complaints, providing solutions and resolving issues efficiently.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and maintaining records.
• Travel to assigned Financial Centers within the Central Region to provide service and support.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a customer service or banking environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation.
