Teller
Your Role: Teller
Serve Members: Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and other routine transactions accurately and efficiently.
Ensure Cash Accuracy: Maintain security and accuracy of cash drawers, checks, gift cards, postage stamps, and negotiable items.
Support Sales & Service Goals: Participate in branch sales and service programs to meet individual and branch performance expectations.
Build Relationships: Establish and maintain professional, positive relationships with members and coworkers.
Promote Products: Demonstrate knowledge of Vibe’s products and services and refer members when appropriate.
Maintain Compliance: Follow policies and procedures related to BSA, AML, CIP, and CDD daily to ensure regulatory compliance.
Provide Branch Support: Assist at other branch locations as needed and remain flexible with scheduling based on branch needs.
Maintain Standards: Complete daily reports, attend required meetings, protect member confidentiality, and ensure a clean and secure workspace.
Perform Additional Duties: Complete special assignments and other responsibilities as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer service or cash-handling experience preferred.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Professional communication skills with a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and basic analytical skills.
- Ability to operate Windows-based systems and standard business equipment.
